The National Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN), in accordance with the provisions contained in law 1581 of 2012, as custodian and/or responsible for the processing of personal data, will tend for the security and confidentiality of sensitive data or personal that has been collected and processed in operations such as the collection, storage, use, circulation and suppression of information that is received from third parties through the different information collection channels.
